Go to control panel, and open Devices and Printers

Right click on the Printer that uses “HP Universal Printing driver”
select Printer Properties.

In properties go to the Device Settings tab.

Slide the bar to go to the last of the list. Find entry called Device type

Ensure the Device Type is set as Color rather than Auto Detect.

confirm any changes by pressing OK.
